Jeci Presents Pristy 25.1 at Open Source Experience 2025

On December 10 and 11, 2025, Jeci will participate in Open Source Experience, France’s largest event dedicated to FLOSS. This year, the trade show is moving to a new venue and setting up at the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie in Paris. We will present Pristy 25.1, a version that illustrates our co-construction approach with our clients.

“Choosing FLOSS means refusing technological dependence. It means taking back control of your data, your processes, your digital future.”

Pristy 25.1: Co-Building to Better Meet Needs

At Jeci, we develop Pristy in constant dialogue with our clients. Each new feature is born from in-depth discussions, identification of real issues, and the search for sustainable solutions. Version 25.1 embodies this philosophy.

With Eurométropole de Strasbourg: Simplifying Management for Administrators and Users

The Eurométropole de Strasbourg joined our clients in 2025. From our discussions came two structural features for Pristy, which we will present in Beta at OSXP.

The Administrator Portal addresses a simple observation: managing an EDM should be intuitive. This new portal unifies all management operations in an accessible visual interface. Creation and configuration of classification plans, user and group management, document template configuration, document tree exploration, advanced configuration editing: everything becomes accessible from one place. For technical teams, it’s a considerable time-saver in daily operations.

User Views start from a field observation: users often perform the same searches, apply the same filters, always navigate to the same spaces. Rather than making them redo these actions every day, we allow them to save them. A complex search becomes a personalized view accessible in one click. Simple in appearance, this feature transforms the daily experience. Other customization tools are already in development.

These two features will be in Beta at OSXP. We will present their operation and gather your feedback to refine their implementation before the stable release.

With Département du Gard: Business Applications That Evolve

Our collaboration with the Département du Gard has continued for several years. Together, we designed Pristy Marchés and Pristy Social, two business applications that meet the specific needs of local authorities.

Pristy Marchés secures and consolidates all documents related to public procurement. Pristy Social centralizes social services files in a secure space, compliant with confidentiality requirements and easy to use. These applications evolve based on feedback from the Département and other local authorities that use them.

Version 25.1 brings its share of improvements to these two modules. Come discover them at our booth.

Other Improvements for All Users

Beyond these collaborative developments, Pristy 25.1 integrates improvements requested by our entire user base.

The dashboard has been completely redesigned. The objective: reduce the number of clicks between your login and access to the document you need. Smoother navigation, quick access to favorite spaces, highlighting of recent documents.

The PDF editing tool fills a recurring need: redacting sensitive information, signing a document, annotating a project, splitting or merging pages. These operations are now done directly in Pristy, in a few clicks, without downloading the file or opening third-party software.

The detailed announcement of all version 25.1 new features will be published on the Pristy blog in the coming weeks.

Renewed Associative Commitment

Our presence at OSXP is part of a broader anchoring within the FLOSS ecosystem. This anchoring goes through our memberships and contributions to organizations that collectively defend FLOSS values.

Renewed Support for April and Lama Déchaîné

Since 2021, Jeci has supported April, a pioneering association in the defense of FLOSS in France. This year again, we renew our membership and encourage you to read the Lama Déchaîné 2025 campaign.

April has been conducting essential work since 1996: lobbying with institutions, raising public awareness of digital freedom issues, legal support for FLOSS projects. Their action complements that of companies like ours. We develop the tools, they defend the ecosystem that makes them possible.

FLOSS needs these independent associative structures that carry its voice to public decision-makers and influence digital policies. This is the role that April plays, and that’s why we support their annual campaign.

Active Member of PLOSS-RA

At the regional level, Jeci is a member of PLOSS-RA (Pôle Logiciel Libre Rhône-Alpes), a network that brings together FLOSS stakeholders in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. These exchanges between companies, local authorities and associations allow us to pool our experiences and collectively advocate for FLOSS issues at the territorial level.

These local and national structures weave the ecosystem that allows FLOSS to thrive beyond code.

At Booth 3B21: Demonstrations and Discussions
