New version of Pristy: 25.0

Pristy 25.0: user experience at the heart of document management

JECI releases Pristy 25.0, a strategic update to its FLOSS document management solution. This version brings a redesigned user experience, new business features and three additional applications to meet the concrete needs of organizations: Pristy Marchés, Pristy Social and Pristy Connect.

Pristy 25.0: a version that reconciles efficiency and ease of use

Pristy 25.0 integrates a new PDF viewer, more intuitive navigation, document preview, as well as new views (compact, grid). The interface now adapts better to all screens, with keyboard shortcuts, redesigned pagination and more ergonomic search.

New applications for local authority business needs

Three new software components appear in this version:

  • Pristy Social: for social services case management.
  • Pristy Marchés: dedicated to document management for public procurement.
  • Pristy Connect: an integration tool to connect your business applications to Pristy and facilitate bulk data migration.

Applications evolve with your usage

Our existing applications, such as Espaces, Portail and Actes, also benefit from new features, including the addition of workflows, personal space, user management and OpenData publishing of Administrative Acts.

What’s coming in the next versions

The next versions of Pristy will introduce major improvements, such as advanced workflow management, some improvements on Collabora Online integration and developments on Pristy Marchés and automatic classification. In addition, they will offer dashboards for quick access to frequently used items, as well as a notes in spaces/folders feature, allowing external links and context to be added to specific locations.

These developments aim to enrich the user journey by improving efficiency, productivity and collaboration within the EDM.
