What is it for?

Recording application usage traces and being able to analyse them through charts and other visualisations.

• List document accesses and detect abnormal behaviour. Usage and user behaviour analysis.
• Helps with GDPR compliance, particularly for sensitive data.
• Monitor platform usage: know what is being used in order to adapt.

Pristy Audit Trail is an alternative to the audit solution proposed by Alfresco. It is a more complete module offering more features while reducing the load on the application server.

At Documation, we ran a workshop on our new application.

How do you implement traceability of document modifications and accesses within Alfresco DMS? The native Alfresco solution places a significant load on the server. We offer a more performant alternative based on Kafka and the Elastic stack. This tool goes further in terms of functionality than the existing solution and addresses more use cases.
