OSXP 2026: see you at booth B16
On 9 and 10 December, the Jeci team will be waiting for you at Open Source Experience 2026, booth B16. New venue this year: after the Cité des Sciences in 2025, the show moves to Paris Porte de Versailles, Hall 5.2. Come and see Pristy 26.1 live, talk about your document management with the people who build it, and don’t miss our Thursday talk: the Eurométropole de Strasbourg explains how it left SharePoint for Pristy.
Your badge is free with our promo code E-SARXJOS26.
Why come and see us?
This year, OSXP is all about sovereignty, resilience and innovation. Our talk is part of the “Sovereign Enterprise Application Platform” track: document management, business applications and, above all, moving away from proprietary ecosystems, starting with Microsoft. That is exactly what we do every day with Pristy. Drop by booth B16 if:
- You are on SharePoint or another proprietary tool and want to take back control of your documents.
- Your document management system is hosted outside Europe and you are looking for a sovereign solution.
- You run Alfresco Community and need to replace Solr since version 26.2.
- You run Alfresco Enterprise and find the bill rather heavy.
- You have no document management system yet and your shared folders are starting to overflow.
- Your drive is no longer enough and you need the extra features of a document management system.
At booth B16
For two days, the team that builds Pristy is there for you, no appointment needed:
- A demo on your real use cases: bring your questions, we show you Pristy the way you work.
- Pristy Marchés: all the documents of your public tenders in one place, from publication to award, with lots and stakeholders management, and dedicated views for each type of user.
- Pristy Social: complete social care files (child welfare, childminder approval, disability, elderly care and more), finally brought together, whether they come from Solis, Genesis or a scan.
- Leave SharePoint, a file server or Alfresco without starting from scratch: we explain how Pristy Connect migrates your documents, SharePoint Server included.
- Your documents on your premises, or with us in France: on-premise or SaaS, we help you choose the hosting that keeps you in control of your data.
- Pristy Search Service: Alfresco Community 26.2 no longer ships Solr; we explain how to keep a FLOSS, up-to-date search.
- And as much FLOSS as you like: our choices, our contributions, our convictions.
Discover Pristy 26.1 first
Pristy 26.1 is planned for OSXP, and you will be among the first to see it running. On the menu, according to our roadmap:
- A redesigned interface: the new Pristy Espaces interface and a next-generation Portal, with a switcher to move from one application to another
- Find things faster: search within a folder, recent searches, filter by space, and index monitoring right from the Portal
- A filing plan that evolves with you: editable from the space, with ready-to-use views for spaces that have one
- Less data entry: AI-powered automatic document typing and AI-powered automatic metadata enrichment
- Fewer downloads: zip and 7z archives viewable online, electronic signatures shown in the viewer, lockable PDF forms
- More control: single sign-on with your identity provider, integrity check of documents on upload, rights audit, space archiving, and a digital sobriety indicator
- Pristy Social: disability (MDPH) and elderly care (APA) files, and links with Solis and Genesis
Pristy Search Service: Alfresco Community search, 100% FLOSS
Since July 2026, Alfresco Community 26.2 no longer ships Apache Solr. Rather than letting our clients choose between freedom and security, we took the lead: Pristy Search Service is our FLOSS, up-to-date Solr for Alfresco Community (Solr 9, LGPL-3.0 licence). It is also Pristy’s search engine from version 26.1. To compare, see our Pristy Core vs Alfresco Community 26.2 comparison.
Visitor offer: a free audit of your Alfresco search
Running Alfresco Community? Don’t face the end of Solr 6 alone. Drop by booth B16 and tell us about your platform: after the show, we carry out a free audit of your Alfresco search. Your version and what it implies, the steps to move to Pristy Search Service, the reindexing to plan and its schedule: you get our conclusions in writing, and you decide with full knowledge of the facts.
Offer reserved for visitors of booth B16, valid until 31 January 2027.
Case study talk: the Eurométropole de Strasbourg left SharePoint for Pristy
Our talk was selected by the OSXP programme committee, among 130 talks and workshops. It takes you behind the scenes of a real migration: the Eurométropole de Strasbourg moved from SharePoint to Pristy Marchés to manage its public tenders.
No sales pitch: the local authority takes the stage with Jérémie Lesage, creator of Pristy, to share what worked, what got stuck, and how an agile method helped keep a tight schedule with the business teams. Twenty concrete minutes for every public body wondering what comes after SharePoint. The talk is in French.
Thursday 10 December, 11:10-11:30, Katherine Johnson room.
Our partners at OSXP too
Open source is first and foremost about an ecosystem. Several of our partners will also be at OSXP 2026: a chance to see, in a single visit, how our solutions fit together into a FLOSS, sovereign workplace.
- Collabora, booth F09: the online office suite built into Pristy, to edit your documents together without leaving your document management system.
- Beezim, booth F08: FLOSS collaborative email, and a partner on the ground. We shared a booth at Coter 2026, to show local authorities a FLOSS email and document management duo working together.
FLOSS tools we use every day
At Jeci, FLOSS is more than talk: we work with it every day. Make the most of the show to meet the teams behind our tools:
- OpenProject, booth C11: our project management tool, to follow our developments and client projects.
Our FLOSS network
Jeci is a member of April, the French association for the promotion and defence of FLOSS, which you can meet at the show, and of PLOSS-RA, the network of FLOSS companies in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region: our commitment to PLOSS-RA.
FLOSS: a conviction, not a selling point
Pristy is a 100% open source document suite, released under the AGPL FLOSS licence. No lock-in to a proprietary vendor: your data stays yours, your infrastructure stays under control.
We don’t just use FLOSS, we contribute to it. We published Pristy Search Service, the FLOSS search for Alfresco Community, and we contribute to the Collabora Online connector for Alfresco. Jeci is a member of April and PLOSS-RA. Learn more about our commitment to FLOSS.
