Jeci is running two workshops at the Rencontres Professionnelles du Logiciel Libre (RPLL) on Tuesday 12 May 2026 in Lyon. Bring your laptop: both sessions are hands-on.
Pristy 26.0: discovering new features in a hands-on workshop
📅 Tuesday 12 May · 9:40am
Pristy is a free document management suite (DMS), designed for local authorities and public organisations. This workshop presents the new features of version 26.0: configurable classification plans, online editing (Markdown and PDF), the Pristy Diffusion module and a new view — all through direct hands-on use.
Pristy 26.0 brings several significant advances for users and IT teams. On the agenda for this hands-on workshop (participants bring their own PC):
- Configurable classification plan: how Pristy proposes and applies a consistent document tree and data model.
- Online editing: modification of text files (Markdown, HTML, etc.) and PDFs directly from the interface, without downloading.
- Pristy Diffusion (beta): publication and sharing of content to the outside world from the document space.
- New “Advanced search” view: visual interface to build complex search queries and save them for later use.
Participants will have access to a demonstration server provided by the presenter to test each feature live from their own computer.

Jérémie Lesage, Managing Director and Software Engineer at Jeci, is the creator of Pristy. He will guide participants through the new features of version 26.0 and answer technical questions. He may even share a few exclusives on upcoming Pristy applications and features.
Grist: a collaborative tool by design
📅 Tuesday 12 May · 2:00pm
It is high time to stop using shared spreadsheets for collaborative data management. As part of the RPLL workshops organised by Marie-Jo Kopp Castinel (OpenGo), a presentation of Grist will be offered: its design logic, concrete use cases and what it brings to teams who have migrated from Excel or Google Sheets.

Lucie Lesage, responsible for Grist integration at Jeci, will share real use cases from our company: invoice tracking, Pristy product backlog, sales pipeline and service catalogue. She will share concrete benefits but also limitations encountered — without filter. And as a bonus: a live demonstration of one of our Grist tables.
