Our technical experts have been working on Alfresco Community since 2008 and were certified in 2012 and 2017.
Our services in the Alfresco environment
Alfresco Community Updates
Do you have an older version of Alfresco Community and want to upgrade? We can help!
We upgrade up to Alfresco Community 7.3.
Maintenance of services
We take care of maintaining your services and making security updates. Maintenance does not include upgrades It can include a fixed number of support tickets with different levels.
Depending on your needs, we can also maintain and make specific developments.
If your instance is hosted in SaaS, we ensure the maintenance of the servers and the backups.
On Premise or SaaS installation
We can install Alfresco Community, the advantage at Jeci? A revised interface for the end user! With us, Alfresco has been given a facelift to create a powerful and modern application: Pristy.
We install on your servers (on premise) or we take care of everything (SaaS).
If you order an Alfresco installation, you will also get our new interfaces with additional developments! The most practical thing? The integration of Collabora Online for online and simultaneous editing of documents.
For more information: visit our Pristy product page or pristy.fr
You can also buy the (floss) Pristy license from us: we install our custom interface and developments on your Alfresco Community or Alfresco Enterprise instances. Maintenance packages available.
Migration / data recovery
Already have a DMS or other document storage tool and want to switch to Alfresco Community or Pristy?
We’ll take it from there and transfer your data!
From an Alfresco Enterprise
Do you have an Alfresco Enterprise license and want to transition to an Alfresco Community?
Nothing could be easier! We take care of the migration and maintenance!
From another file storage solution
Is your data on proprietary software? We can retrieve and convert your data and integrate it into your Alfresco Community instance.
Installation audits, development audits, module troubleshooting (if source code is available), ask us for help and we’ll tell you if it’s within our remit or advise you of suitable providers.
If you need specific development for Alfresco, we are also available.
What sets us apart
Jeci only develops free and open source software (FOSS). When you order from us, all the code we install is FOSS, not just our developments. At Jeci, you are not dependent on non-free or proprietary software.
Our team is on a human scale, which allows us to listen and respond to your needs.
“Surprisingly, what could be seen as a negative point is THE positive point: Jeci is not a very big team. We have very few contacts and always the same ones. As there is no pyramid organisation, there is less back and forth to get an answer. All the information is centralised, so it’s easier.”

Automated deployment of your instances. We’ve been doing this for 10 years, we were one of the first to sell the Alfresco Community installation with containers and to do deployments using Ansible. It’s a technology we’ve mastered.
The advantage of automated deployment?
We can standardise installations for all our clients: this reduces the risk of human error (typing errors, manipulation, oversight, etc.) and installation and maintenance costs.
It is an industrialisation of the installation and maintenance process.
This allows :
- The deployment of iso machines (identical) in test, qualification and production;
- Facilitates the deployment of updates and fixes;
- In the event of an incident, a redeployment can be done from a blank server;
They put their trust in us
Jeci works with the Community version of Alfresco, with necessary improvements that avoid the enterprise version which has very high licensing costs. It’s a real bonus not to have to subscribe to enterprise support. The Community version meets all our needs.
